Beaches Laundry Service is committed to providing consistent, professional wash, dry, and fold service, along with concierge coordination for specialty care when requested.

While rare, issues related to missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the order using documented intake and service records.

Important Policy Details

  • Beaches Laundry Service does not replace garments or reimburse retail value.
  • If responsibility is confirmed, resolution is provided in the form of a service credit applied to the customer’s account.
  • Credits are limited to the cost of the affected service and do not extend to garment value, sentimental value, or replacement cost.
  • We are not responsible for normal wear, fabric weakness, manufacturer defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, or items left in pockets.
  • Items left in unsecured or unattended pickup locations are serviced at the customer’s discretion.
